During these unprecedented times, with social distancing, lockdown and a potentially new future on the horizon, all of this can lead to a rise in anxiousness.
As we can’t go out to walk, run, gym, etc what is the best way to cope with it?
As a Life Coach, I was recently contacted by Cape Talk Radio to give my thoughts on how best to deal with anxiousness in a limited space environment.
My response is to focus on breathing.
