We breathe over 20 000 times per day and just with a clearer understanding and a few tweaks you can experience the benefits from better breathing. - Foundations of Better Breathing (5x 60 minute ‑sessions live online program) This program introduces the mechanics and benefits of healthy, functional breathing. We start with nasal breathing and diaphragmatic activation, then explore how breath shapes the nervous system. Participants learn why CO₂ tolerance matters—and how to safely improve it. We also cover ratio breathing and its impact on digestion, sleep, focus, and stress. Each session blends discussion, demonstration, and practical techniques to use at work, before presentations, or at home. Ideal for individuals and teams
- 7‑Day Breath Reset (pre‑recorded online program) Teaches 14 techniques for you to complete in your own time that activate both rest-and-digest and fight-or-flight states. Helps people understand their nervous system and choose the right breath for the moment. Easy to follow and perfect for busy schedules.
