Film production is a team sport where the success of the outcome can be influenced by the level of the interpersonal interactions. The crew need to be professional, accountable and be able to communicate their needs effectively – the tools that this program focuses on.

In collaboration with The SA Film Academy, Gary Hirson will be facilitating this validated program to further develop the leadership and communication skills for everyone involved in this industry. It is suitable for production office staff, on set crew, and auxiliary service providers.

About Gary – The facilitator
Gary Hirson has been in the Still’s Production industry since 1999. He’s worked as a Photographic Assistant, a Production Manager, and a Producer, on both Stills and Commercial’s sets. He is a COMENSA Credentialed Life Coach and a SAQA accredited trainer. He focuses on leadership and communication skills development as he believes that they are essential life skills.
