We had the privilege to be coached as STADIO's Academic leadership team by Gary. His innovative approach to breaking down barriers and enlisting the participation of everyone was truly remarkable. It was entertaining, and his juxtaposition of what distinguishes management from leadership had everyone thinking. Moreover, his course material is of high quality and adds significant value to the whole exercise. Each issue is discussed and contested, and he makes certain that everyone's point of view is heard and that their contribution to the overall experience is considered.
