This picture was taken on the outside of the working silos, of 2 workers loading bags of grain.
Prior to the @zeitzmocaa l being an art museum, it was a working grain silo. In 2001 I asked if I could take a few pictures of the working silos and the people that worked there. As far as I understand, the 14 images that I took that day are the only images of the silos while it was still operational.

“Longing.”
This picture was taken on the top floor of the working silos, of an artisan staring out at Table Mountain in the distance. Prior to the Zeitz Mocaa being an art museum, it was a working grain silo. In 2001 I asked if I could take a few pictures of the working silos and the people that worked there. As far as I understand, the 14 images that I took that day are the only images of the silos while it was still operational. This image is now hanging in the Zeitz Mocaa as part of an exhibition
