If so the day 4 of @lesfrenchescapades lifestyle and phototours is a great day to experience.
It begins early with a trip to a renowned patisserie for morning coffee and pastries.
On our way to Saint-Emillion, we stop in a field of windmills to capture them and portraits while enjoying the countryside.

Next stop is the wine hub of Saint-Emillion, to experience people and life in this bustling village - and learning h ow to discreetly capture it all through the lens.
When in France what a better way to experience the food then in a recommended Michelin 🌟 restaurant, over a leisurely lunch?

Photographic tour day 3 with @lesfrenchescapades is an easy day with more taking photos at night of the village of Aubeterre Sur Dronne- one of the top 100 most beautiful villages in France.

Today was meant to be the 1st day of our photographic tours with @lesfrenchescapades. It would have been the day we welcomed the guests, with drinks and snacks to their home for the next 5 days. We then would have ambled through the medieval village of Aubeterre Sur Dronne, enjoying what it has to offer.
As we're all still in lockdown - pics will be showcased over the next few days of all the places we were meant to be visiting this week. Hopefully we'll be able to get there in 2021. As our world continues to change so do we and our interpretation of it.

We're not meant to stagnate, and even though change can be painful, scary and uncertain, we do have the ability to adapt, and sometimes the changes go by unnoticed and sometimes it's quite dramatic.
Our values, beliefs, ideas and actions change, which has a direct impact on our successes - whatever it means to us as individuals.

There is more than one of us.

When dealing with a challenge that cloud our heads, some of us read up on the challenge, some meditate, breathe or pray, some draw, paint or write - get creative, and some need to walk, run , jump etc - get active.
Whatever it is, the commonality is that it helps us shift our focus and lift our moods almost like tapping into another one of who we are - a different energy of the same person.

Space and little space. The one thing I fail to understand is why people aren't allowed to walk in parks and on beaches but are herded onto narrow pavements and promenades. Strange reasoning by the South African government. But hey, at least we can access the outdoors for a limited time, but the feeling in the air is turning more and more to frustration. Are we starting to be herded into unquestioning robots everything the government tells us without any comprehensible reasoning? Walking on the beach but not being allowed to swim makes me feel like I'm locked in a cage. Day 2 of 1 hour morning exercise free'd me to walk and take more pics.
The gentleness of a breaking wave, people loved by pets and everyone enjoying the outdoors reminded me that this lockdow too shall pass.

Moving into stage 4 lockdown.
For three hours this morning we were allowed out to exercise. Even though the government guidelines, to me, weren't the best to promote social distancing, the people I witnessed really tried to be cognisent of the laws and others.
What came out of it for me is,
I do need the outdoors
I do need to be in nature
I do need my freedom
People are generally considerate of others and the law - no matter how weird they may seem.
I can't wait for tomorrow morning.

Is there anyone out there. During South Africa's extreme lockdown there was no one to be seen on the streets-most of the time. It was eerily apocalyptic. Hopefully this woman finds some life through her binoculars even though she was looking across False Bay 🙄@ctmwproject came up with a great photographic initiative - "come to my window"
